Q: How to make a reservation?

A: Reservations are made through this website. Just go to the ‘Book a Room’ tab and there you can find all possible options you have in booking a room. Choose from the many different bungalows we have. After you have successfully booked a room from us, you will immediately receive a notification confirming your booking. This confirmation will be what you will show upon check-in to our place.

Q: What if I want to cancel my booking?

A: Booking cancellation is subject to fees and penalties stated in our terms and condition. Please make sure to read it before you book here on our website.

Q: Can I book but pay during check-in?

A: Reservation is subject to a 50% down payment wherein the other 50% will be paid upon check-in of the customer. You may also choose to pay in full as you book a room with us.

Q: Do you accept functions in your place of business?

A: Yes, we do. We have a function room specifically allotted for that purpose in this place. You can get catering services from us for your event too. Make sure to send us an email today if you want to inquire. In that way, we can send to you immediately the quotations you need to be prepared.
